Tee time is when the first golfer in your group is ready to put his first ball of the day in play. Our goal is to have the player positioned at the tee box with ball on a tee at the assigned tee time.
This has been a problem in the past. We will be implementing on a trail basis a few changes that we hope will help us achieve this goal. This will help us maintain a better relationship with the golf courses, help us run a more organized golf outing and help keep our play between 4-5 hours.
- A list of sign ups will be given to our tournament director at 12:00 pm the Friday before the golf outing.
- The tournament director will make pairings with the given list of players. Players signing up prior to 12:00 on the Friday before the golf outing may request to be paired as they want.
- Tournament director will forward the list of players and pairings to the golf course by the end of day on Friday.
- Any players signing up after 12:00 on Friday and up to the close of registration on the day of the golf outing will be paired in the order of signing in.
- We request players be at the course at least 30 minutes before tee time. If you are running late please give us courtesy call, text or email. If you have signed up but will not be playing, please, also give us a courtesy call, text or email.
- Registration on the day of the tournament will end 20 minutes before tee time.
- Final instructions by tournament director will take place 15 minutes before tee time.
